What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Sale items are not eligible for returns and are considered final.

While for orders made with Ceia Crates, all purchases are final and not eligible for return. This is for hygienic and sanitary reasons and to maintain the quality of the items.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors as long as the item is available and meets the return policy. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return, including photos and videos. If the return meets our policy, you will receive either a rejection or an approval with return authorization and instructions on how to send back your items. Make sure to securely pack the items in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will process the refund or arrange an exchange.

How long does the refund process take?
Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 7-15 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For card payments, processing time may vary depending on your bank's policies.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Who will cover the return shipping fees?
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
